The Process
How It Works
Six steps from a ZIP code list to a signed cleaning contract.
-
1
Choose Your ZIP Codes
Tell us where you want to sell. We build your target map around the routes your crews can actually service profitably.
- Your exact service radius
- Route density that protects your margins
- Expansion ZIPs when you are ready to grow
-
2
Identify Businesses
We build the list of commercial facilities inside those ZIP codes that carry a real cleaning requirement.
Offices Medical Facilities Warehouses Restaurants Retail Stores Schools Industrial Facilities Property Management Companies Churches Hotels Daycare Facilities -
3
Find Decision-Makers
A facility is not a buyer. We identify the person who signs the cleaning contract and how to reach them.
Owners and Principals
Small and mid-size facilities where the owner still signs.
Facility Managers
The day-to-day owner of the cleaning relationship.
Operations Managers
Accountable for standards, uptime and vendor performance.
Property Managers
Control several buildings and multiple contracts.
Office and Practice Managers
The buyer in professional and medical offices.
-
4
Outreach
We run multi-channel outreach in your name until we get a response worth your time.
Email Campaigns
Sequenced, personalised and sent in your company name.
LinkedIn Outreach
Direct contact with facility and operations leadership.
Phone Campaigns
Live conversations that confirm need, scope and timing.
Direct Outreach
Targeted physical and one-to-one approaches where they land best.
Retargeting and Advertising
Applied where it supports the campaign, not as a substitute for it.
-
5
Generate Opportunities
Interested prospects are qualified against your criteria and delivered straight to your sales team.
- Full contact and facility detail

-
6
You Close The Contract
Your team handles the walkthrough, the estimate and the proposal. That is where you are strongest.

- Proposal and contract

FAQ
Questions Cleaning Contractors Ask Us
Straight answers on pricing, exclusivity, qualification and fulfilment.
Ask us something elseAre the leads exclusive to my company?
Yes. Any lead we qualify and deliver to you is delivered to you only. We do not resell the same opportunity to another cleaning contractor in your territory.
How is a qualified lead defined?
Every qualified lead has to carry the full set of data points listed on this page, including a named decision-maker, a stated cleaning requirement, approximate timing and confirmation that the prospect is open to a conversation. We agree the criteria with you in writing before the campaign starts.
What happens if a lead does not meet the criteria?
Raise it with us within five business days with the reason tied to the agreed criteria. We review it and, where it falls short, we replace or credit it.
Do you sell cleaning services?
No. We are a B2B lead generation company. Our only customers are commercial cleaning contractors. We never compete with you for the contract.
How many ZIP codes can I target?
As many as your crews can service profitably. Most contractors start with a tight cluster where route density protects their margin, then expand once the pipeline is proven.
How long before I see leads?
Your ZIP Code Opportunity Report comes back within two business days. Once a campaign is live, first conversations typically start inside the first two to three weeks of outreach.
Do you contact prospects as us or as you?
In your company name. The prospect experiences one consistent brand from first email through to your walkthrough.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on your ZIP codes, facility types, competitor saturation and the package you choose. Request your plan and we will price it against your actual market rather than a generic rate card.
