Services

We provide B2B lead generation services to commercial cleaning contractors. We identify prospects, conduct outreach and deliver qualified leads. We do not provide cleaning services and we do not guarantee that any lead will convert into a signed contract.

Lead Qualification

The definition of a qualified lead is agreed in writing with each client before a campaign begins. Leads that do not meet the agreed criteria may be disputed within the window set out in that agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Closing the sale is the client responsibility, including site walkthroughs, estimates, proposals and contracting. Timely follow-up materially affects results.

Fees

Fees, billing frequency and payment terms are set out in your individual service agreement.

Exclusivity

Any territory or lead exclusivity is defined in your service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance.
